Behaviour Expectations for Remote Learning provides advice and guidance on how to maintain continuity of learning by defining classroom behavioural expectations for remote curriculum delivery and online learning environments.

This advice incorporates some practices employed within the School-wide Positive Behaviour Support framework but is relevant to all school settings.

Understand how you can continue to implement positive behaviour support practices to assist social, emotional, behavioural and academic outcomes for children and young people learning remotely.

Gain practical advice on how you can adapt what you do in the classroom to promote positive behaviour to remote learning.

Over 30 minutes, you will:

• explore a range of evidence-based strategies that encourage appropriate behaviour and minimise problem behaviour
• establish what appropriate behaviour for remote learning looks like
• define appropriate behaviour for a variety of remote learning contexts.
